Our orders are shipped via Australia Post.

No deliveries are made on public holidays. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Return or exchange of items will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty. We will offer you exchange or refund. 

Items must be returned in original packaging.

Delivery or Postage costs are non-refundable.

  • Faulty items

Please contact us to explain your concerns with our product. 

Before sending the goods back to us please email or give us a call so we can allocate you a “RETURNS NUMBER” without this number we cannot accept any returned items. Once your product has been received by us and reviewed we will then take appropriate course of action.

  • Damaged items

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit we can not accept responsibility for any goods damaged through Australia Post. All complaints are to be forwarded directly to Australia Post.



If you wish to exchange your goods for another product you must return the goods to us within 14 days of dispatch of goods.

Simply contact us to notify your wish to exchange goods and nominate an alternative product and we will hold that product for you until your goods are returned. Exchange of orders will be carried out once original goods are returned in original condition, unused and tags attached.

All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will deem you have not returned the product. The cost of postage and handling is the responsibility of the customer, including the original postage fee and postage for exchanges or credit items.
